When installing my PC Draft download I get error message "Error 1311 Source File Not Found: data1.cab" why is this?

This happens because you are trying to install the software from within the .zip file PC Draft was downloaded in. You need to uncompress the install files first.

Can PC Draft open my AutoCAD files ?

Yes PC Draft has support for both DWG and DXF file formats from AutoCAD.
