What is PC Draft and who’s it for?

PC Draft Professional is a 2D CAD and vector drawing application for Windows. You’ll find a comprehensive set of easy to use and intuitive features for architectural drawing, engineering drawing, floor plan layout, graphical illustration and more. What are the system requirements for PC Draft?

PC Draft is fully compatible with Windows 10 and requires Windows 8 or higher with a minimum of 1GB RAM, CPU equivalent to an Intel Atom 1.6 GHz or better.

Is there a PC Draft available for Mac?

Yes, there is a Mac version of PC Draft and it’s called MacDraft. MacDraft and PC Draft can work on the same type of file, allowing you to seamlessly work between your PC and your Mac. See MacDraft features for more information.

Can I try PC Draft for free, before I buy?

Yes, there is a free demo available for PC Draft. The demo is not time limited, but there are some limitations in printing, exporting and some other options. This will give you all you need to see what PC Draft can do for you, and once you are happy you can then buy PC Draft.

Can PC Draft open AutoCAD^® DWG Files?

Yes PC Draft Professional has support for both DWG and DXF file formats from AutoCAD. Support includes up to DWG 2013 (AC1027) - AutoCAD 2013, AutoCAD 2014, AutoCAD 2015, AutoCAD 2016, AutoCAD 2017.

Will I be able to open my MacDraft files in PC Draft?

Yes, the latest version of PC Draft Professional 6.0 has support for the opening and saving of MacDraft (.md60) files. This allows you to work seamlessly between MacDraft and PC Draft, bringing all your designs together.
